Collective Will of People

The collective will of people - the net result of a society's net energy deployed on an issue. Rome looks the way the Romans wished to build it and the net collective energy deployed by them to convert that net will into net action.

The universe of nature is ever dynamic although it is said to be in a state of harmonious equilibrium. This dynamism as seen through changes in weather or the day and night are considered a part of the implied equilibrium.

The Collective Will of the people in an organization is what is ‘value’ for its customers. It is not the smartness of the CEO or the R&D team alone…

Moving away, does the net collective will of mankind, or of a country or a society alter the pattern of the universe of nature? Say like the collective chants, prayers, yagnas? Ancient literature says ‘yes’. Can we then ignore this power?
