Few first steps to build SGOs (Small-but-Great-Organizations)??

Choose the right Partners – The young employees are the Energy Partners while the seniors are the Experience partners. Together they can create an Active Knowledge Partnership. There is a need to balance them into a well designed 'harmonious system' where all can contribute their partnership energies.. The organization can then evolve to be highly responsive and growth oriented.

Business Growth – Invest in the Sales process from day one. Look out for grass-root salesmen. Look out for channel partnerships. Partnerships with weaker organizations may result in acquisitions.

PDSA – Plan-Do-Study-Act. After every POA or an action there should be a thorough Implication Analysis. What apparently looks good and correct might have a deep underlying implication which might only reflect in the medium or long term.
